Cant connect to galaxy watch 4

This app doesn't work (again) on iPhone ios 12

After had a problem about pairing to iPhone 7 plus (already paired), now a new problem comes, when I am trying to open face watch menu it doesn't run! WTH! All day long ! There are always popups messages that says "Galaxy application is not responding check again later". Oh my.. I do love my Galaxy Watch it was so cool than apple watch! Or Should I choose the Apple product?
